i went out today with tanner's two little sisters, skyler and lizzie, to try out my new camera lens a little bit more. dad and i read reviews that it was a good portrait lens, which i agree with, but i think i would like it better for portraits in a studio setting. we did an outdoor shoot.
firstly though, i had to do their makeup because that is probably the second most fun part of a photoshoot, is preparing the models lol. i did skyler's nice and smokey and dark, while lizzie, whose makeup i have never done, i kept fresh and young ;) it was one of my best looks yet, it was so peachy and creamy.

this wasn't skyler's first rodeo; i used to use her as my model in my photography assignments

a couple of days ago i walked over to my friend's house, like i said i would, even though i was nervous about everything of course. i don't walk around outside by myself often enough apparently :) i lived, and i met her girlfriend, her dog, and her girlfriend's pretty little sisters. i didn't bring my camera because i didn't have a practical way of transporting it. we walked to the park and just hung out for a while, then walked back to my house so that they could meet the baby.

yesterday i put brynn in an ohio state shirt, which is my home state obviously. my grandma come over to our house, and she is probably one of the biggest buckeye fans i ever did know :) my mom kept pressuring me to get a picture of her in it so she could post it to facebook.

tomorrow at ten thirty in the morning, my aunt is picking me and mom up to go to the park of roses and do my cousin's senior pictures. i'm really hopeful and excited. when grandma was over, she was telling me about how their last weekend was sort of a dud. the person that came out with them to do them didn't do so great, from what she tells me. this is going to be the easiest and most successful shoot ever, i can feel it
